Returns

 

Return period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items.
The period begins on the day that you or a person named by you (not the courier service) received the final item of your order.

 

What you need to register your return

  • your order number
  • the email address you used to place your order

 

How the returns portal works

  1. Select the product you would like to return.
  2. Choose exchange (Germany & Austria only) or refund.

 

How would you like your refund?
The choice is yours:

  • Store credit (+10%)
    You will receive the amount plus an additional 10% as credit for our shop. You will receive the credit directly after the quality inspection of the items, i.e., 2–5 business days after your package has arrived with us.
  • Shop Now
    You can use your credit directly in the returns portal for a new purchase.
  • Refund
    You will receive the purchase price back after we have inspected the items. This takes 2–5 business days from the receipt of your package. We will refund you via the payment method you used for the purchase. It may take another 3–5 business days for the money to reach your account.

 

Important

  • Condition of items
    Please return the items unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. We may deduct from the refund for any loss in value caused by the items being used beyond normal fitting. The amount of the deduction depends on the extent of the loss in value.
  • Defects upon unpacking
    If an item is already damaged or defective when you unpack it, please indicate this in the returns portal and, if possible, take a photo. This allows us to process your return more quickly. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Return label costs
We will automatically deduct the costs for a return label from your refund:

  • Germany €5.00
  • Austria €10.00
  • France €12.00
  • Netherlands €12.00
  • Poland €12.00
  • Belgium €13.00
  • Spain €13.00
  • Italy €14.00
  • Denmark €15.00

For all other countries, we are currently unable to generate a return label. The return process remains the same, you simply send the package back to us yourself. Please keep the proof of postage with the tracking number for this purpose.

 

Legal basis
Returns, in particular your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, are governed by the German Civil Code (BGB), which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You can find the details in our cancellation policy.
